Warehouse Shipping
Operator scans the shipment ID. ACLWS pulls consignee, carrier, weight, and pallet count from the ERP. Previews the GS1 shipping label. Prints 12 copies. Done before the forklift arrives.
Production Line Labeling
Production operator enters the manufacturing order number. ACLWS fetches item, lot, batch, and expiry from the ERP. Prints product identification labels on the line-side Zebra printer.
Receiving + Inbound
Goods arrive. Operator enters the PO number. ACLWS matches the supplier, item, and quantity from the ERP. Prints receiving labels with internal location codes for put-away.
