Our story

Built from the inside of the M3 ecosystem

Accure was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2004 — by Peter Sandersnäs and Carl Bengtsson. But the story starts earlier. Peter had spent the preceding decade at Intentia, where he held responsibility for Output Management across the global M3 ecosystem. He trained Intentia partners worldwide in StreamServe, co-developed the M3 content packages that became the implementation standard, and was a key contributor to M3 data — the configurable XML format that replaced the legacy STMF/StreamFIles and enabled richer document data from M3 without expensive ERP modifications.

When Peter and Carl founded Accure, they brought that institutional knowledge with them. The company began with consultancy services and product development for M3, and grew steadily — first as an on-premise add-on provider, then as a cloud-only platform business. Today, Accure is the global Infor partner for Output Management, and Accure for M3 is the only cloud output management platform purpose-built exclusively for Infor M3 and M3CE.

2004

Accure founded — Gothenburg, Sweden

Peter Sandersnäs and Carl Bengtsson establish Accure with consultancy services for M3 customers. Peter brings a decade of hands-on output management experience from Intentia. Accure becomes the global Infor / Lawson / Intentia partner for Output Management.

2005

Accure expands from consulting into software development — laying the foundation for what becomes one of the most comprehensive M3 add-on portfolios on the market.

2006

A3 Suite — 80+ modules for M3

Accure releases the A3 Suite with more than 80 modules covering output management, reporting, and process automation for ERP systems including M3, SAP, Microsoft, Scala, LN, and Oracle. Adopted by 50+ global enterprise companies.

2009

Accure One (ABC)

Accure launches ABC — one of the first cloud service offerings for M3 output management, including eInvoice, cloud fax, SMS, and cloud archive as add-on services alongside on-premise document platforms.

2012

Accure Application Suite (AAS) & support operations

The Accure Application Suite (AAS) is released — a consolidated platform bringing together the best of the A3 Suite and ABC. Accure also establishes its dedicated support operations in Gothenburg, providing structured, ongoing customer support for M3 output environments.

2014

Development expands to Sri Lanka

Accure opens development operations in Sri Lanka, expanding its engineering capacity and enabling around-the-clock development and support capability across time zones.

2015

Infor begins selling M3 Report Manager as OEM

Infor selects Accure's M3 Report Manager (MRM) as an OEM product and begins distributing it under the Infor label to M3 customers globally. MRM becomes one of the most widely used reporting tools in the M3 ecosystem — today used by over 400 global enterprise customers.

2020

Accure for M3 goes live at first M3CE customer

Accure adopts a cloud-only strategy and launches Accure for M3 with its first global M3 Cloud customer. Accure for M3 is the first cloud output management platform built exclusively for Infor M3CE — connecting natively via HTTPS with no middleware, no file drops, and no legacy integration layer.

2023

Accure for M3 reaches UK, France, Benelux and the US

Accure expands Accure for M3 to customers in the UK, France, Benelux, and the United States — with 10 live Accure for M3 customers and active operations across Asia, Europe, and North America.

2026

M3 Cloud Report (MCR) — co-developed with Infor

Accure and Infor co-develop M3 Cloud Report (MCR), enabling on-premise M3 customers using MRM to migrate to cloud at the same cost as their existing annual MRM maintenance. With StreamServe confirmed as end-of-life, MCR and Accure for M3 together cover the full migration path for every M3 output environment.

Reporting products

M3 Report Manager & M3 Cloud Report

Since 2015, Infor has distributed Accure's M3 Report Manager (MRM) as an OEM product — today used by over 400 global enterprise M3 customers, generating reports in Excel and PDF directly from M3. In 2026, Accure and Infor co-developed M3 Cloud Report (MCR) to give existing MRM users a direct, low-disruption path to cloud.

Since 2012 — now via Infor OEM since 2015

M3 Report Manager (MRM)

MRM is the reporting standard for Infor M3 on-premise customers. It generates Excel and PDF reports directly from M3 data — no ODBC, no middleware, no manual exports. Infor distributes MRM under their own label, and it remains in active use at over 400 enterprise M3 customers globally.

67% of current MRM users are still running on-premise M3. For them, MRM continues to work — and when they're ready to move to M3CE, MCR and Accure for M3 are the natural next step.

Launched 2026 — co-developed with Infor

M3 Cloud Report (MCR)

M3 Cloud Report is the cloud successor to MRM — purpose-built for Infor M3CE and co-developed by Accure and Infor. It enables on-premise MRM customers to move to cloud at exactly the same cost as their current annual MRM maintenance: no new budget required, no disruption to reporting workflows.

MCR comes with 24/7/365 operational support and a 99.95% uptime SLA — fully managed, zero infrastructure for the customer.

What we believe

How we think about our work

We've been in this market long enough to have seen what goes wrong. Most of it comes from vendors who overpromise, underdeliver, and leave customers dependent on expensive consultants indefinitely. We've tried to build the opposite.

🔑

Fixed prices, no surprises

Every migration at Accure runs on a fixed-price OSLA (Onboarding Service Level Agreement). You know the cost before you commit. We don't bill by the hour for migration work because that transfers all the risk to you — and we're not willing to do that.

🤝

Honest assessments

We're an OpenText partner. We've worked alongside Interform, Infor, and every other vendor in this space for decades. StreamServe served the M3 community well. We don't pretend otherwise. We believe honest assessments — even when they acknowledge other solutions' strengths — build better long-term relationships.

🎯

Customer independence

Accure for M3 is built so your team can operate it without us. The My Accure self-service portal means your administrators can make document changes, manage output channels, and run reports without opening a support ticket or calling a consultant. We earn customers through results, not dependency.

📈

Long-term relationships

Our oldest customer relationships are measured in decades. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you keep your promises, invest in the product continuously, and stay honest when things are difficult. That's the company we try to be.

Who we are

Mission & Vision

💡  Our Vision

"To be the obvious document execution platform for every global enterprise running Infor M3."

🎯  Our Mission

"To make global document execution invisible — replacing complexity with confidence."

Leadership

The founders behind Accure

Peter Sandersnäs
Founder & CEO

Peter has spent over 30 years at the intersection of Infor M3 and output management. Before Accure, he was at WM-data (now CGI) implementing StreamServe for enterprise customers. From 1994, he held responsibility for Output Management at Intentia — the company that became Lawson, then Infor — where he trained partners across the world, developed the M3 content packages still in use today, and contributed to the M3 data format that replaced STMF/StreamFIles as the data standard for M3 output.

After leaving Intentia in 2002, Peter ran his own company focused on ERP implementations, output management, and integrations. In 2004, he co-founded Accure with Carl Bengtsson — bringing that accumulated knowledge into a product company built exclusively around M3 output management.

He has been present at every major transition the M3 ecosystem has gone through: from Movex to M3, from on-premise to cloud, from StreamFIles to M3 data, and now from StreamServe end-of-life to Accure for M3. That perspective — three decades of understanding what works and what fails in M3 output — shapes every product and service decision Accure makes.

Carl Bengtsson
Co-Founder & Product Manager

Carl co-founded Accure with Peter in 2004 and served as Development Manager and CTO for many years — building the technical foundation that underpins Accure for M3 today. His hands-on engineering leadership shaped Accure's product portfolio from the earliest on-premise add-ons through to the cloud-native platform the company runs on now.

Today, Carl leads product management at Accure — ensuring every platform decision reflects both deep technical understanding and the real-world operational needs of M3 enterprise customers globally.

Partnerships

Certified at the centre of the ecosystem

Our partnerships aren't marketing credentials. They're working relationships built over decades, involving co-development, joint go-to-market, and OEM agreements. We hold them because we've earned them.

🎯  Infor partner — since 2004

Accure is the global Infor / Lawson / Intentia partner for Output Management since 2004. The relationship predates the formal partnership by years. Infor distributes Accure's M3 Report Manager (MRM) as an OEM product under the Infor label. Accure and Infor co-developed M3 Cloud Report (MCR) in 2026. Nobody in the M3 output space has deeper Infor credentials.

🤝  OpenText partner

Accure is a certified OpenText partner. OpenText owns StreamServe — the platform the M3 community has relied on for output management for over 25 years. As a partner, we have the knowledge and the relationships to support StreamServe-to-Accure for M3 migrations with authority. We can also honestly assess OpenText Exstream for customers whose needs go beyond M3 output management. We'll tell you which is the better fit — even if that means recommending a competitor.
