Documents that file themselves — straight into SharePoint and Teams
Your business documents land where your people already work, the moment they are produced — no download, no upload, no manual filing.
As documents are rendered — invoices, order confirmations, delivery notes, certificates and more — Accure Cloud Suite delivers them directly into Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
What you can do
- Deliver to three targets. A SharePoint document library (uploaded as a file into the site, library and folder you choose), a SharePoint list (a list item created and populated from the document’s data), or a Microsoft Teams channel (the document lands in the channel’s Files tab).
- Route by document data. Rules decide which documents land in which site, library or channel.
- Map fields and metadata without code. Map document data visually onto SharePoint columns — title, description, custom and multi-value columns — by dragging a source field or setting a static value.
- Name files dynamically. Build the file name from data such as an order or invoice number, with the original file extension preserved.
- Configure from live, cascading dropdowns. Sites, libraries, lists, columns, teams, channels and folders are read from your own Microsoft 365.
- Test before you go live. A built-in connectivity test, plus a test send and preview.
How it works
The connection runs through a Microsoft Entra ID app registration using app-only OAuth2 with admin-consented permissions — no user passwords are stored. Delivered files inherit the Microsoft 365 permissions, governance and retention you already have in place, so documents arrive filed in the right place, named correctly, tagged with the right metadata, and searchable.
