M3 XML Mapper – design, route, and validate document mappings (Beta)
Mapping inbound XML to an internal schema used to mean handwritten transformations, brittle XSLTs, and a lot of trial-and-error. The new M3 XML Mapper brings the whole flow into the ABC Portal — design visually, route by rule, and test against real documents in seconds.
Map visually, not in code. A drag-and-drop tree mapper lets you connect source paths to target paths side-by-side. No XSLT, no JSON to hand-edit. Power users can still flip into raw configuration view to inspect or tweak the underlying mapping definition.
Route documents automatically. Define rule-based mappers that match incoming XML on Document Type, Event Type, and up to five indexes. Each rule points at a mapper profile, with priority scoring so the most specific rule wins. M3 picks the right transformation for every document, every time — without anyone touching code.
Master mapping for shared schemas. The Master Mapper centralizes the mappings that apply across the tenant, so common patterns are maintained in one place and inherited everywhere they’re needed. Update once, applied everywhere.
Test before you ship. Upload a sample document straight into the Rule Tester. The tool surfaces which Document Type / Event Type / indexes were detected, which rule fired, which mapper profile ran, and the resulting output XML — all in one screen. Catch missing path mappings the moment you upload, not after the integration goes live.
Built to integrate. The same rule engine powers Conversion Factory‘s ACS XML Mapper resolution, so what you design in M3 XML Mapper is exactly what runs when real documents flow through the platform.
