Online Documentation — the tenant that documents itself.
Every Accure customer asks the same questions when an admin changes role, a new partner is onboarded, or an audit is around the corner: Which services are licensed? Who has access to what? What integrations are connected? Are any of them broken? Until now, answering those questions meant clicking through a dozen configuration screens and stitching the picture together by hand — assuming somebody remembered to keep a Confluence page up to date.
The new Online Documentation card in Accure Cloud Suite turns the tenant’s own live configuration into a structured, readable handbook. From the home screen, an administrator opens the documentation dashboard and finds a tile per topic — Environment configuration, Connected systems, Security, Output channels, Monitoring & alerts, and more. Each tile opens into a card that explains what the topic is about, gives the headline numbers up front, and then lists every underlying record, the on-premise reporting service, the Entra ID directory and the AI insights backend.
What it answers, at a glance:
- Environment configuration — company identity, every provisioned environment (with active and default flagged), every licensed service and application, and every on-premise installation currently reporting in.
- Connected systems — API keys (transaction and service-manager, with expiry status), on-premise servers with their installed Accure applications and hosted services, transaction clients with heartbeat status, every configured external API connection (grouped by type, secrets masked), and the API designs, flows and flow mapping rules that orchestrate them.
- Security — whether the tenant is connected to Entra ID, every authority profile and the groups it is mapped to, every external (Entra ID) and local group, and the users that inherit access through that chain.
- Output channels — every licensed gateway channel (Mail, EDI, Local print, Document archive and the rest), live transaction volumes per channel, and a per-document-type breakdown showing exactly how many transactions each document type sends through each channel.
- Monitoring & alerts — the AI insights findings on reliability and performance, presented as actionable alerts with one click through to the underlying dashboard.
Three things make it different from a static documentation page:
- It is always correct. Every number is read live; there is nothing to keep up to date.
- It is operational. Reliability and performance alerts from AI insights show up in the same place, so the documentation card doubles as a quick health check.
- It is self-isolating. Each section loads independently, so a backend hiccup in one area never blanks the rest of the card.
For the customer’s administrators it is a permanent onboarding aid and an always-current handover document. For Accure’s support and partner teams it is a tenant snapshot in seconds — no screen-share required. For audit and compliance reviews it is a single, authoritative view of what the tenant actually looks like, today. Documentation that maintains itself, ships with every customer, and finally tells the truth about the system it describes.
