New transaction insights at a glance — right on your dashboard The main dashboard just got a major upgrade. We’ve added a set of transaction statistics widgets that surface what’s happening in your tenant at a glance — no drilling down, no SQL, no waiting on a report.
KPI cards for the year. Four headline counters now sit at the top of the dashboard:
Transactions — total document + report volume for the selected year
Documents — pure document throughput
Reports — report runs
Service Gateway transactions — every other service call (printing, archiving, EDI, transfers, etc.)
Each card is clickable, taking you straight into a filtered transaction grid for that category. Spot a number that surprises you? You’re one click from the underlying records.
Documents & Reports chart. A stacked monthly area chart shows how Document and Report volumes trend across the year. See seasonality, catch dips, and confirm at a glance that the new release is processing what it should.
Service Gateway chart. The same monthly view for everything routed through the Service Gateway — separated by service so you can see which integrations are busy and which have gone quiet.
Smart and tenant-scoped. All numbers are tenant-aware and respect your environment selection. If a tenant has zero activity for the period, the widgets stay out of the way instead of cluttering the dashboard with empty charts.
Available now on the Main Dashboard for all tenants — no opt-in needed. The widgets refresh with your dashboard and reflect data through the most recent processed month.
