Managing documentation from an ERP is business crucial. Few companies can function without being able to produce documentation from the ERP such as Purchase orders, Invoices, delivery documentation etc. Printing out an invoice may seem simple, but when the invoice  should handle divisions, legislations and languages and then distributing it on different output formats (printout, mail, EDI, fax, etc), the invoice becomes more and more complex.
